Leading International Fund Management Company has a Permanent job opportunity for a PC Support Analyst in their central Dublin offices.
The role will involve working in a small team providing hands-on deskside support for Business Users in a Windows 2000 environment. This will include installing * upgrading software applications (some specific to Fund Management * Fund Administration), hardware and trouble shooting technical problems.
All applicants will need the following:
* Around three years in IT with recent experience as a Deskside Support Engineer.
* Recent experience providing PC Support in a Financial Service environment (ideally Fund Management * Administration)
* MCP * MCSE * MCSA or related Certification
* Third Level IT Qualification is required
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Valid EU Work Authorisation
